Return and Exchange Requests

As our products are made to order, we cannot offer returns or refunds if you change your mind however if you have a query or issue with your order, please contact us to discuss a return or exchange. Our team is here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We aim to deliver all items in perfect condition however if your item is damaged or incorrect, please do report this to us immediately. When reporting a damaged product, please include the following information:

1. A description of the problem.
2. Details about how the order was packaged.
3. Pictures of the damaged item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and its inserts).

Providing clear pictures of the damaged item and packaging helps us expedite the process of sending a replacement order. This information is crucial for our internal reporting and helps us investigate the issue with our print and logistics partners to prevent similar incidents in the future.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
