As we print bespoke to our customers, we do not offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind, however if the item arrives faulty, please contact our team immediately to resolve this by emailing contactus@thejulietjournal.com.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We hope your item arrives in perfect condition but if for any reason you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our team immediately by emailing contactus@thejulietjournal.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

When reporting the damaged product, please include the following information:

  1. A description of the problem.
  2. Details about how the order was packaged.
  3. Pictures of the damaged item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and its inserts).

Providing clear pictures of the damaged item and packaging helps us expedite the process of sending a replacement order. This information is crucial for our internal reporting and helps us investigate the issue with our print and logistics partners to prevent similar incidents in the future.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
