How can I place an order?

To place an order, browse our online store, select the items you'd like to purchase, choose the desired size, colour, design and quantity, then click "Add to Cart." Once you're ready to check out, click on the bag icon at the top right of the page and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a size guide to help you choose the right fit. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing the measurements to the size chart. If you’re between sizes or need further assistance, please contact our team.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other regional payment options depending on your location. Select your payment method during the checkout process.

How do I know if my order was successful?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and a summary of your purchase. If you don't receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact our team by emailing julietjournal@hotmail.com.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes. We operate a fast printing process to ensure your delivery is with you as soon as it can be therefore once your order is placed, it is sent to our printing team immediately.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which, in most countries, will also include a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status.

What are the shipping options and delivery times?

We offer standard shipping options. Delivery times vary based on your location and quantity of items being printed. Estimated delivery times and costs will be provided during the checkout process.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your location, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.

What is your return and exchange policy?

As we print bespoke to our customers, we do not offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind, however if the item arrives faulty, please contact our team immediately to resolve this by email julietjournal@hotmail.com.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We hope your item arrives in perfect condition but if for any reason you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our team immediately by emailing julietjournal@hotmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

When reporting the damaged product, please include the following information:

  1. A description of the problem.
  2. Details about how the order was packaged.
  3. Pictures of the damaged item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and its inserts).

Providing clear pictures of the damaged item and packaging helps us expedite the process of sending a replacement order. This information is crucial for our internal reporting and helps us investigate the issue with our print and logistics partners to prevent similar incidents in the future.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

How do I use a discount code?

If you have a discount code, you can enter it during the checkout process. On the checkout page, you’ll see a field labeled "Discount Code" where you can input your code. The discount will be applied to your total before completing the purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Once placed, orders cannot be canceled due to the fast printing process. Please check you're happy with your order before checking out.

Is my personal information secure?

Can I buy a gift card online?

We currently do not offer digital gift cards however please check back as this is something our team are looking into.
